Cumulusclips is a php software of online video service. We need a coder to implement a PAY option that can be turned ON/OFF. If turned ON, registered users will have to pay a ONE TIME fee to get the right to upload video(s). Implementation includes the admin side (turn ON and OFF, and add the PAID flag on the registered users after their payment), the users' side (see their status in their control panel), and the necessary html pages to be showed according to the various situation. The site where the modifications are to be done, is online. NO access will be granted to the server, all modifications must be done on the selected freelancer on his computer, we will supply a full copy of the working software. Payment will be sent after completion and tests.
