1) the cron job thing to get the automated e-mails working. Abandoned Cart & Thank You Order e-mails which go out 2 - 3 days after the order is placed.. we have purchased separate plugins for this function. The e-mails are just not being sent..
2) Are you able to setup a Session Cookie that remembers client details on the checkout, currently if they leave the checkout to order another item or adjust the cart items. They go back to the checkout and have to re-enter the order details.
3) we need to fix the link in the top menu navigation to go to https:// for Checkout as anyone that clicks on this link goes to a non secure orderform.
4) We have Adwords Conversion Tracking setup on the site, but we would like this to pass the Order Total value to Adwords.
5) We need to see about removing some columns from the Order Section and add some other columns. This is Within the Admin section of Magento. Just need to change what columns appear. The columns would need to be added are payment method, country. The columns that we want removed are Purchased From (Store), G.T. (Base). with the column change.. would it be hard to have it show the address for ship to name section
6) We need to have a way to manually change the status of an order to Complete? We have some orders that go out via USPS and don't get a tracking #. and the Thank You e-mail will not be sent unless we can change the status of the order to Complete.
