Our business is expanding quickly and our old system of using Excel and MS Word is woefully inadequate for our needs.
We need a brand new system for handing our products that’s fast to administer and allows for growth.
Our most urgent need is an efficient system to provide index-cards and brochures of our statues to potential clients, showing them the statues in the most appropriate currency, pricing-level and measurement unit for them.
After this is solved, the next phase will be to develop an invoicing system.
I am very new to AirTable and am not familiar with how it works / it’s limitations so whilst I’ve done my best to explain what we’re looking for, we require somebody who can take initiative and make suggestions when they know of a more efficient way to do what we need.
You’ll be building this base on our AirTable account and we expect questions from you as there may be a lot you may need to clarify. I doubt we can do this work without at least a phone conversation in advance.
You may need to provide basic training for me to use AirTable efficiently.
