hi APARTMENT FOR RENT - real estate site I would like to purchase real estate for apartment for rent site can be a free ware on but with my specs: target USA 1) long term lease 2) vacation apartment 3) swap vacation apartment 4) moving resource 1) free listing: customer can publish free listing of their apartments - modify and delete their property from the site - listing only few words , no images just phone number 2) paid advertisement - people can pay for advertise their listing with details along with images. add/ edit. paypal payments feature. 3) people can add to wish list (and remove from "wish list" ) and send email to the owner 4) confirmation will be send the customer email (advertisement page) 5) vacation rental - people can advertise their apartment for vacation rental - paypal and standard features of vacation rentals 6) swap vacation - advertisements of apartments for swapping 7) moving section - on the left of the page there will be all the time moving section (I will provide all the details and code) 8) all pages will in be html pages with out database coding 9) stats code to be insert to every page new/old 10) edit title and description in every page must work with nice people and honest please explain to me and show me features and demos price not to exceed $200 again it again it can be free ware with my modification thank you Dan ps: please don't ask me to add more money
