App for Managing Room Booking

I manage a small property business. I have 4 rooms and guests can book into these 4 rooms through different sites such as [login to view URL] and airbnb. I am able to synch the calendar for these rooms by copying the url of each ical. Requirement Calendar - I will like to synch the calendars using my own app - Calendar should show capture names of of the guests for each day Messaging. -Ability to click on guest an send message -Alert email should go out to myself and guest on day of check in and check out (Template) Task - Can be a tab with notepad Add New List - This should simple have a field for room name and another field for the ical URL (I will paste the ical url from booking,com, airbnb etc here) Please see YourPorter this is an airbnb app synching several airbnb listing, I want to do same, but it should be synching both airbnb and other reservation sites.
