SimpleDom with PHP is great for grabbing content and storing in a DB to search. That's if the site has no JS. If the data you want to scrape is JS, I would use PhantomJS which is a virtual browser, then scrape from there. PhantomJS scraping takes a little more time and more computing power. Let me know the page and I can give you a better timeline, but either way should be around a day.
