This platform will connect to a number of external vendors, as well as internal solutions to deliver the following core features:
- User Management (For internal employees and contractors)
- Event Management (For creating, updating, and archiving of current and past events)
- Sales Management (For integrating with our ticketing solution)
- Partnership Management (For managing event partner accounts, profiles and quotas)
- Invitation Management (For managing participant invites and registration sent by partners)
- Concierge Management (For handling real-time chat and communication between participants and concierges)
- Various other third party integrations
We are expecting this project to be on going for a period of 3-5 months, with version 2 development to begin in June of 2019. Between completion of this project and that time you will continue to support and maintain the platform as required.
