Required to Develop A Biometric Software applications to capture an all inclusive data of Beneficiaries of Livelihood received from an Organisation. For example to if some group of persons are given a certain amount of money, Sewing Machines, Laptops, Farming tools etc, such Beneficiaries Biometric Data of all kinds including Fingerprints, passport photographs should be provided as reports as at when needed.
It is expected that such Biometric Software Applications can be operated from both physically & on the Web. It should be hosted in the Cloud (Google). It allow Fingerprints to be read from the scanners, and Managed from the Web in a real time end-to-end online system such as CAMS end-to-end Online SDK as well as offline system. It must have a Fingerprint Database such as Microsoft SQL/MySql.
It is expected to use along with SDK the folkowing:
JAVA/JSP, NodeJs,. Net etc and HTM5, Java scripts, PHP with SDK amongst others to be agreed upon.
It is expected to have at least upto 5 Layers of security features. All data which includes Fingerprint & Photographs Template, comparison scores, success/failure status, Auth Token, Operation Time must be fully encrypted by Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) algorithm.
The Biometric Software should be able to work with all multiple number of types of scanners or devices NOT to locked into a single form of Biometrics or a single biometric device.
All operations sends the encrypted Auth token & operation time, to enable validation of the data if its new or a manipulated with old data should be discovered.
Communication between Scanner handler & the Security Server to be established or used happens through HTTPS.
The Fibgerpribt matching Ratio should be 1 : 1 at Client level. The matching will be done with Fingerprint Templates, it should also be 1 : N matching with Server level & this matching shall be done with fingerprint images.
The data that gets transfer between Scanner handler & the Security Server to be deployed should have a Five (5) Later encryption applied with (a) Date are randomly bitwise rotated/altered, (b) Rotated/altered data should be encrypted with internal encryption algorithm, (C) and on top of the encrypted algorithm AES-256 encryption algorithm should be applied...this is to ensure that data cannot be broken or are difficult to break.....with other additional confidential security features.
Above all, Client site must be SSL to make eavesdropping to be more complex...all the above security measures is to ensure that data a safe untill it lands in their expected locations like the Server.
Integrate Fibgerpribt scanner with Web site is key.
The system must be a Bio-Plugin and HYBRID BIOMETRIC PLATFORM that allows Multi-Modal Biometric Identification Systems which allows almost all major biometric modalities including fingerprint, finger vein, palm vein, facial, Voice and DNA Recognition.
