Build me a banking app for Android

You have to build a banking app, but not entirely functionnal. It's a client interface. Everything is kind of fake, but seems to be working perfectly.
- You should be able to choose your Balance that appears on the fake welcome page.
- When you send a payment (europe or worldwide), it has to appear in your history (with info of the recipient) and disappear from original balance
- Design has to be modern but not too complicated if possible
- Add some stuff that makes it look real but it's not. It's all fake money
Only user would be me. It's a private app. No real money involved, just making it look like my banking app and making fake payments.
