Build a Laravel 5.1+ website with MySQL database and Stripe integration.

Laravel 5.1+, MySQL, BootStrap is OK, Design based on a template is OK. Should look pleasing to the eye, but does not need to be filled with eye-candy fancy stuff. Let me know you read and understand the outline by asking a relevant question. Communication is a must. I plan to be involved in the development process, and value your input and suggestions. This is a website to allow clubs to collect and track membership fees and/or club dues as well as notifications and payments for events hosted by the club. The site tracks the members join dates and automatically reminds members when their expiration is coming up. Clubs can enter details for their Stripe account and allow members to pay right on the site. The automated emails can be handled by the site you code, or I can take care of it with cron jobs on the back end. May use my MailGun account to send emails through. Clubs can create events which will send emails to all members. This email will contain information about the event and even a “Pay Now” link so members can pay right away. Club admins can see who has paid and when. And can enter cash payments for any member just to keep track of it. Users can create an account, or sign in with Facebook id. The site will have the following pages Home Page (Public view, has login/register link on it) Users Home Page (landing page after a user logs in) which lists the clubs the user is a member of or invited to. Clicking a club name bring the user to the clubs page Clubs Search – Search for a club by name so the user can join it Create Club – Setup a new club, user who created a club becomes owner/admin of club. Club name must be unique. Club Page for particular club. Shows the users join date, when dues are due, and how much they are. Shows a club calendar with events. If the user is a club administrator, this page shows admin links for: Members – shows list of members and their roles (Member, Admin) link to “invite member” that will send an email inviting the user to sign up. Posibility of importing a CSV list of email addresses to send out invites to a bunch of people at once. The member list should show an entry for each email address invites and status, either “invited” “Joined” “Left Group”. Clicking a member name should bring the user to a page where he can see charge and payment history. Both failed payments and success payments. Events / Calendar – Shows upcoming events. Cal view or list view. Each event has a settings page where the price, and member group is selected. Event IDs should be a random string. I want to have the ability to have a landing page for each event to allow people to sign up or pay for the event. Need a page for “Cash Payments” on an event. The club may accept cash/check at the event and can enter who has paid here. Mass Email – write an email to be sent to all members. Club Settings- settings include Cost/Membership levels. Invoice history. Invoices from the site for our 1% and payment status. Admin Panel for site level admin. List users, disable and enable their accounts, reset passwords, last logged in. ClubAdmin, list clubs, member count, Stripe settings A Forum would be a nice addition. For site support. The site will have different types of clubs using it, so lets start by planning for the future, set a “Club Type” and allow site admins to create new types. This will be used to add additional features in the future. I intend to charge 2% for each sale for overhead. This is in addition to whatever stripe charges. Note that each club will have its own stripe api key for their own stripe account. I will create a stripe account for the sites charges.
