We want to create a private social media PWA for a specific user group. The first users (User A) manages items for the owners (Users B). Users A will create an account in the product, list the items they manage and define the User B, via an email address. User B will be sent an email, which will allow them to access the User B register page where they will create their account. If User B already had an account they will just get an email saying they have been registered against an item. User A will be able to: Create a post include text, URLS, pictures and up to 30 second of video. Comment on a post Chat to their registered User B Create Items and associate User B to an item User B will be able to: Comment on a post Chat to their registered User A Overall the pages will be Sign in for User A and Users B Create Account Users A Create Account Users B Forgot Password Feed Post Comment Chat View Profile/Settings Edit Profile/Settings Item List Individual Item Details Extra features will be to: Send a notification when post, comments or chat has been entered, although users can change this is their settings. Have an expiry date on the User A accounts, which obviously after it passes they can no longer access the product From a technical perspective we are looking to build a PWA that will work as a normal web site on a PC as well as render dynamically on a variety of mobile phones. We are open to language and technology but must be easy to maintain and host and performance. More design details will be provided to the successful developer.

I will code an attractive and interactive social network platform with user A and B and their access privileges as you have mentioned, it will be fully responsive as well. It will have all proper features as for Registration of user A and B, listing product, chat, posts, settings and others.
