Build a quoting template/program

I am a builder and am doing quotes every week. Currently I am using a program called Buildertrend which has been useful for writing up my quotes as it is the style I am happy with. It also has a lot of other features which I am not using and is costing a lot of money just to use the quoting template. I would like to make a quoting template that I can use to generate a PDF file or be printed once I have compiled all my information into the quote. If it can be done in Excel that would be great but any other options I am open to. Worksheet - Generates the quote and you input the information you want. It doesn't really need the cost code line. The main items I need is the title and description with unit cost for what I have entered, percentage mark up and the final owners price. Having a running total of the builders cost before the mark up would be great as well. Being able to have a single line section where you enter this information and then save and add a new line and enter your next task/title is what I am after. The reason for not just having a fixed template as every job is different. Sometimes we build new houses, sometimes we only renovate a bathroom so having all the information in one place isn't always needed. Format - Need the introductory text up the top of the quote and also the closing text for down the bottom of the of the quote. Title, description and price for all the line items I have added on the worksheet to be brought across where they can be moved into a different order. Preview - That is basically how I would like the quote to be laid out and look once the information has been inputted and it generates that quote page. I am not sure what the best way to do this is but I am open to the best options.
