Build a small shopping cart for paypal using PHP

Help needed to create a simple shopping cart for three books (book1, book2, book3) that needs to gather the buyers shipping address and send the data to Paypal to process the credit card and to the author to provide the address to send the physical book by land mail to the buyer. It will need to provide a download page for the e-book(s) and matching accompanying files. book1 will have [login to view URL] and book2 will have the [login to view URL] etc. Using the paypal success page the client will be provided with a link to the zip files needed. The option to add all three books or any one or two books needs to be available and the matching e-book needs to show up when finished. The shopping cart page will have a view cart button and add to cart buttons for each book. I have not created the database yet but would like to store the information using SQL (MySQL?) for each purchase. Want to collect data for which books were purchased and address and email data. This is using Godaddy hosting.
