Build me a website

Hi, I need a website built through which I will be selling courses which I will develop. I need someone who will use initiative and offer suggestions based on their experience as we go through the project. I need it built in such a way that I can add or remove content/courses with ease. As a starter I will need the following (but this isn't exhaustive as of yet): - The website must supports video, audio, PDFs, and images. - I will need to take payment, issue receipts - I will need to interact with students via chat - A forum for students to discuss matters - Quizzes / Multiple choice questions to check for comprehension. Where possible the website can tell the student on completion what they have got right and wrong. - It will be subscription based so at the end of a fix term the students access will be revoked - The ability to send group email or specific emails to students - I want to create a series of modules. I want the ability to make it impossible for students to skip ahead without completing other lessons first - To create email sequences based on students’ progress through the course. For example, if the student is only halfway through the course and hasn’t used it for more than a couple weeks, it automatically tags that user to be sent a reminder email. - A course completion certificate once a student completes the course - a trial version of the course to offer for free after which students can buy the full course - the ability to issue coupons which users can use to discount course price - scheduled emails e.g. once a student draws near to the expiry of their subscription an automatic email is sent out Please do let me know if you think some of the above will not be possible.
