The approach is based on 3d model sub parts (like walls / windows / roofs) creation and rendering them with respective textures. Then creating an assembly by means of Freeze Transformation technology. Then moving further we can apply dynamic 3d scaling, texturing, coloring, and producing a 360 degree view by adjusting the camera settings like x, y, z and camera settings apart from distance, angle, position etc. The entire scene / canvas can be exported through a JS Format and can be loaded on a browser using Threejs JSON Loader (which is webgl). There will be an intuitive menu left side with on click we can do all these above events like assembly, merging, texturing, coloring, dynamic scaling (sizing).
