Build a zoom meeting web app

I want to make a simple web app where we integrate zoom. There will first be a landing page like a google form, where we collect emails for the zoom meeting participants. Once those emails are collected, they will get an automated mail one 15 days before the meeting to inform them, and 1 hour before the meeting with the Zoom meeting link to remind them. They then get into the meeting finish it etc. And once the meeting is over, we send them a participation certificate created automatically with their details and mail it to them. Only need this on web.
