Built a custom plugin for product or customize wocommerce plugin

Hello All, Here's a summary of the requirements: This is a E-Commerce website of curtains where there will be a separate page for product price calculations (called the Gallery Page). Products will NOT have a fixed price. The pricing of products will depend on variables (some of which the user will type in the Gallery page, others will have to be fetched from the fabric database, and others will be constants). The prices of products will need to be calculated from the gallery page and applied to all products throughout the website. Meaning, once the user makes selections and types in values, they should be able to see prices for all the products in the website. The explanations for the calculations can be found in the "Price Engine" sheet of the excel on the right side (you might have to scroll down a little to the "Formula Explanation" section).
