we would like to create a very simple task manager software. Online monthly payment via paypal/credit card 2. Annual payment via paypal/credit card 3. Via voucher from another software we use (so the voucher will be validated from an API interface). We have a database of users in one of other websites and users can purchase vouchers from there. These vouchers will be then be able to be validated from our task manager software from an API we will create, and customers can use them to register and purchase an annual license via a voucher code that will be used. Apart from the main interface we must be able to: 1. Share a list with others 2. Save our list in a free dropbox account automatically 3. Export / Import our lists 4. Use keyboard shortcuts 5. Have # tags or @ tags 6. Have very good search functionality 7. Have unlimited lists one within the other 8.
