Code PHP snippet with mysql

I have the folowing situation:
On the webserver i call a MYSQL Stored Procedure that will return result of up tp 10 different tabels based on search string.

now instead of "EXECUTED" i would like to see the following result displayed in PHP / HTML (result of each of the 1 to 10 queries in the SP as a small table one after another)
-> Yellow part in the image.
the challange is:
you dont know how many "resultsets" the SP will give and each can have different amount of columns and rows.
so must be fully flexible.
