OS COMMERCE SETUP AND PAYPAL + NOCHEX INTEGERATION

I currently have a basic website design i like, however i wish to switch to using OScommerce and need this setup on my webspace (it is already uploaded) Also the design needs to be customised so it looks similar to my current basic design (My existing logos are fine to re-use) Also i need the checkout to work with NoChex and Paypal and offer the option of payment by cheque.
