Complex Wordpress Project Frontend & Backend - open to bidding

Hi Sander My Name is Mario and i read through your profile and you could be definitly be the guy we need. The project i have is a bit complex so i try to get in touch with you first cuz to explain this in detail i guess the only way is a skype call. I give you already some input. Our target is to build dedicated niche adult tubes based on wordpress. we will not host any videos we use the emmbed videos from xhamster.com. We will only adapt data to a targeted market like german, russian, spanish. This project include 2 parts. Backed -> Plugin Development (Data Import - Translation Engine - Auto Publish Q) Frontend easy but very usefull frontend for the user. We will use this in future for many tube sites. Translators will translate each video to a dedicated language and for this we need a system who works and who is very easy so the translator can work very fast with his job of writing titles, descriptions and keywords.
