Convert an Amazon Script from MWS to SP API

We need to convert a custom program that does several things from Amazon... Uploads product feeds, syncs inventory, downloads orders and uploads tracking data to Amazon. All of these actions need to be changed to use Amazons SP API. They currently all work off of the MWS API.
Upon acceptance, you will be given access to an ftp account to modify the program as needed with directions on the files that need to be modified as well as access to the program through a website. The program is coded in PHP.
