Convert Frontpage website

The goal is to find a way to convert to some modern publishing method or Wordpress.
Possible steps to take:
1. publish the site temporarily to see the content
2. extract text and post to the new method.
You must be familiar with MS Frontpage 2003 and fluent in Arabic.
