Job Description:
When our website was designed [login to view URL]
it was designed to the latest 5.3 PHP standards. My ISP says they no longer support PHP 5.3.
I tried changing my PHP version on my server to 7.4 and my website wouldn’t even display. I was able to switch back to 5.3 and the website displays again. But….
Since this attempted change we now can’t access our admin section (named nimda) that includes our database and CMS.
The login page shows but when we enter our credentials and press “log in” it only shows us the log in page again with no credentials filled in.
I would like to modernize our website to use PHP 7.4 and assure that we can once again access our admin section. The finished pages should all meet W3C validator standards with no errors shown on any of our website pages.
It must continue to display properly on Safari, Chrome, and IE browsers, including the mobile version of the website.
It would be very appreciated if we could first regain access to our admin section before cleaning up the entire site. The site must continue to operate while work is underway. Clients are still able to sign up on it right now.

Upon completion site must operate on PHP 7.4 up to PHP 8.2.
Delete 7 instances of “[login to view URL]” from site code. This page is no longer part of our site.
Delete “MIP Class” pages and links from the admin database. We no longer offer this product.
Delete the “MIP Class” column (right side) from 5 class pages:

Make the far left column “DWI Class Dates” in the 5 class pages show first below the header when displayed in mobile.
Remove the down page links from the 5 class pages listed as “DWI Class Dates” and “MIP Class Dates” (screenshot provided)
Move the navigation in the header up slightly to accommodate 5 nav buttons. (screenshot provided)
Advise me where to find the payment auto mail template to make modifications.
Show the “Testemonials” on [login to view URL] across both columns in desktop, but remain “as is” in mobile appearing last on the page. (screenshot provided)
Modify the dwibanner using photoshop to read the same as the banner shown currently in the mobile version. (PS file is in the web directory) (Screenshot provided)
