Create an automated tracking system that tracks games using the API

I'm trying to make my hobby a real business without sacrificing too much. The game is called the point game. You play games and earn points. I do that with a number of games and I was wondering if there is a certain program that can be made that automatically goes onto the websites for certain games and uses their API to take their information and it gives all the information to me, instead of me doing it manually because it takes hours to do.
