Create a Moodle Course

Hello As per my understanding you are looking for a Moodle Expert who can course with features & functionalities as per your provided specifications. I would like to tell you that I am well familiar to create an e-learning courses using tools such as SCORM,Articulate Storyline,Lectora as per the client requirement. I can customize its any kind of an existing module,plugin or functionality & also can custom development,then implement it within website.
