Create a website to create banners with a qr code

We need a website to create a banner with texts and a qr code inside. 1. Admin area - Add size category (title and size) - Upload multiple banner pictures for each size category - Set Position for text and qr Code for each banner template 2. Front end - Step 1 = Select banner from size category (first page) - Step 2 = Add text with drop down function and a banner url for qr code (second page) - Step 3 = Create and show banner picture (third page) Front end should have 1 page for each step (3 pages) User should can choose a banner template from category in first page and insert change his text in editor. Also in front end there should be advertisemant Banners (codes for this we need to save in admin area)
