I am looking for a PHP developer who can assist me to extend funcitonality on an existing Laravel based PHP project. I have purchased the 'BeDesk - Customer Support Software & Helpdesk Ticketing System' application off Envato and hence I own all the source code, instructions etc for this system/application. I need to extend the existing functionality to simply add a trigger to send an email if a specific 'ticket' that is assigned to an agent has not been dealt within a specific time frame. This project already implements email by means of Mailgun, so I imagine some extension and perhaps a new function that triggers a an email (similar to the way the system triggers emails on responses to tickets) to a specific mailbox if a ticket is left idle for a specific amount of time. This is a form of 'escalation' to a manager, should an agent not deal a ticket within the agree SLA. Looking forward to interfacing further with you should you be able to fulfill this requirement
