If I understand it correctly it is a simple scrape with the only thing being that the data is not in the html (I checked), so PHP wouldn't work. I would use something like Electron or Flutter to allow for the JavaScript to load the data and from there it's just a matter of taking the data from the dom and sending it wherever.
