$50 To Do Design Work Only On Magento Website

We have a $50 MAXIMUM budget for this project 1. We need to copy design of all pages of this website into Magento: [login to view URL] 2. We then need to design a page for our Marketplace homepage on new Magento website. See my Marketplace Home Store page mockup at the end of "Scope of Work" document attached to these project details. 3. There are 5 sections on current homepage design ([login to view URL]) called "Recent Uploads" that are missing because Tomcat server on current site is not working properly. I have attached my mockup of homepage which includes these "Recent Uploads" sections. 4. So you will basically be copying over all pages of our current website design into Magento. We have already installed Magento Community Edition and Multi Vendor Marketplace Theme on our server. Please leave PM if interested.
