Develop an Email using Gmail API

You will need to develop a mailing program which uses gmail inboxes to send emails from google docs spreadsheets. The program must: 1- connect and receive permissions from multiple google apps and gmail accounts to read data from drive and send emails using Gmail. 2- Read drive, and allow me to load a list of emails and other data (first name, last name and so on) 3- Let me select multiple inboxes from which the emails will be sent from. For example, a list of 3000 emails will be sent from 3 accounts. First 1K from user1 at [login to view URL], 1K from user2 at [login to view URL] and 1K from user3 at [login to view URL] 4- Let me choose how many emails per day total will be sent from each account, and how many in total. For example 3000 emails sent from the 3 accounts: Send 100 emails every day. Limit to no more than 1 email every 2 seconds. (It will take 10 days to send all emails in this example. 5- Let me insert dynamic content from the emails list. For example "Hi {{first name}}" will be sent as "Hi John". Show a list of avilable tags which I can use in the content. 6- Create a follow up email which is sent as a reply after a set number of days if there is no reply from the user. For example, if I send an email to jon at [login to view URL] and he did not reply to this email, send a follow up email after 4 days. 7- Check the mail boxes for replies and follow for each campaign the open rate and replies rate. Add this data in the main list (see image) and update the original spreadsheet with reply (date of reply) and open (date of open). I'm attaching 2 images of the screens UI. We will work in 4 phases milestones, and the program must be finished in 4 weeks.
