Develop Web app to create/manage landing pages and track analytics per user basis

WARNING: You MUST KNOW a way to provide independent web lading pages tracking per User basis prior to quote this project . Not sure if Google Analytics can be used for this project as we need to track each web landing pages / user in an independent manner. May be Google Tag Manager can do the magic PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PART A: CREATE WEB TRACKING PER EACH USER / LANDING PAGE Imagine a web app with user management feature, where each user has ability to create a landing page using WYISWYG. This part has been already installed into a server: [login to view URL] Then user launches a campaign that directs his visitors to recently created landing web pages. Each landing page has it's own analytics tracking but also user can see a consolidated report gathers results from ALL landing pages created by a particular user. PART B EMBED SOLUTION TO BE USED FROM OTHER WEB APP We have a other web applicationB running and we want to add a menu item in that web app called "Track &Manage campaigns". When user clicks on it then user management from that current web app provides credentials to Landing page manager-tracking app and user see solution embedded into the other one. FINAL DESIRED RESULT User logs into web app B then goes to Track &Manage campaigns menu item it allows him access to landing pages manager and tracking.
