Discord Channel + Webchat Integration

We need Discord to be integrated with a webchat system that we have. This is what currently happens on our website: (1) When a customer makes an order, he gets an Order Page with a #uniqueOrderID. He can open this page and the customer will see a webchat where he can chat with the web admin. (2) The web admin then assigns "a freelancer" to the order. When the freelancer is assigned, then the freelancer is added to that chatroom. So now the admin + freelancer + customer can chat on that #uniqueOrderID page (*) This webchat is integrated with e-mail, the same way facebook messenger is integrated with e-mail (parties receive message notifications in e-mail and can reply via email to get the message saved to the chat and forwarded to the other party) The above part is fully functional. We would now like to integrate this with Discord. If you are not an expert at discord please ignore this project. The flow would be: (1) When an order is made by a customer, a new #uniqueprivatechannel is created for the customer and the webadmins (2) When a freelancer is assigned to service the customer on that specific order, that freelancer is also added to the #uniqueprivatechannel Please let me know if such works may be possible and I'd be interested in having this developed for the site
