I am seeking an LONG TERM experienced freelancer to work as a bilingual channel manager for my Airbnb - booking - vrbo- Expedia properties. these tools must streamline my short-term rental business operations, ensuring seamless management across different language markets. **Languages Required:** - English - Spanish - Russian is a plus **Key Functionalities:** 1. **Automated Booking Synchronization**: To ensure all calendars across platforms are up-to-date, automating the process to avoid double bookings. 2. **Price Management**: Ability to adjust prices dynamically or manually across listings in response to market demands, special events, or seasons. 3. **Calendar Synchronization**: Seamless synchronization of booking calendars across platforms to provide real-time availability. **Property Portfolio:** - Currently manage 1-15 properties, emphasizing the need for a scalable solution that can accommodate growth. **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - Proficient in English and Spanish, with prior experience in software development tailored to property management.
