Hello,
This is basically a CRM , it allows the Admin to create a User and send them emails via cron job,
There are 3 ways to ADD USERS
Add Appointment, which only requires limited data
Track Users, which creates a cron job email schedule
Add users, which adds a user without scheduling emails
BUT, all 3 should save as the same user in the system, there should not be multiple of the same user
Once a user data is edited, the User is saved as a Duplicate, instead of just editing and saving the current users data.

Please allow me to show you, step by step, it will make it easier
Go To Users, Click on Add Appointment
complete the form
use an email which you can get messages, so you see it work
Pick a future date from the calendar, tomorrow is good
pdf files are not necessary
This form which you completed
1 Creates a User
2 Schedules an email to be sent on the date selected
Go to User, and Click on Manage Users
You will see it added
Now, Go to User and Click on Track Users
complete this form, new name, different email
Invite date: Nov 27
CP Forward Date: Dec 6
Skip UPLOAD, not necessary
For Call Status, Click on Contact Made
DO NOT CHECK ANY BOXES FOR REACTION STATUS
once you submit, you should see 1 line of 7 scheduled times and dates of future scheduled emails

In Manage Users
you see the User

Go to Email Campaigns
Click on Send Chain Mail
It will release the pending emails in the system

Next to the Email which was sent, you will see a "1" (To do the RIght)

Here is the first issue
Go To

Select User you created and Click EDIT
Go to the Comments Box and add something and save the User
You will see that instead of saving the User data, there is a Duplicate User created
It should just update the user, not create a new user
