Edit my active working php script

I have a script running on the net currently and I need to make it more local for my area. The script right now consists of searching the entire US and or Canada. I am looking to making the search for only my county in florida.
90% of the work is done already but there is a drop down menu that is giving me trouble so I am sure it would take less then 15 minutes to do, I am just too busy and have little or no patience at this time.
The the base of the project is: To personalize to my county (instead of worldwide) a exisiting php script that is live and active on the net.
I am hoping I can get someone to do this for like 20$ if this is the case I have 4 others that need to be personlize for my county as well, I will hire you for all of them.
