Edit page creation on existing web application in PHP and MySQL

Hi, I have a web application. The functionality is working fine and to make it more userfriendly and enable fast editing, i want a programmer who has knowledge on PHP, MySql and Ajax or jQuery. This project is to create one page with edit option. Find attached screenshots to understand my requirement. Detailed steps for the work: 1) I want you to create a new page. (i dont want any of the existing code or database to be disturbed and this should be a standalone page) 2) There should be an option for the user to choose the project (similar to the attached screenshot) 3) Once submit, the entire list of rows should be displayed associated with the project. 4) When admin clicks on delete, that row should be deleted and reload to the same page to display the selected values (right now when delete the page is going back to selection) 5) In the same display page, for all the rows edit option should be available, so admin can edit all the rows at once and click on update for the entire project to get updated at once, insted of clicking edit next to each row. Programmer has to make sure the existing code or database or application is not disturbed and the exiting functionality of the shown page is used in the new page. The max budget i have for this one page create is Rs. 3500, and i am sure for an expert of PHP and Ajax one can finish the work in couple of hours, as most of the code is already there, so please do not overbid, I may end up ignoring the bids.
