Editor with multi-language Auto-Correction feature(Language specific)

We need you to use any free editor and add the multi-language support(Indian local languages), with a feature to suggest or auto-correct the word selected in the editor. before this please let us know if you have done this or similar project already. You can also suggest if you have alternative (free or paid) ways to implement this feature. Let us know if you need more information. This project is fairly simple so bid accordingly.
