Enhance existing stack within Rapidweaver environment

Looking for PHP & Java expert who can quickly enhance the function of a stack within the rapidweaver software environment. Existing stack is a booking stack. We want to enhance it to allow a set number of people to book a particular time slot. In other words, to tally the number of people coming to an event but also limit the number that can register. For example, a course for Painting on Monday at 12 has a maximum of 10 people, the booking should not allow any further bookings for that particular course when the it reaches 10 bookings and also keep a record of the current bookings. Furthermore, it should allow the end-user via a configurable drop-down menu to select a time (i.e. Painting (12:00, 13:00, 14:00...), Swimming (12:00...)) and have keep record count of each slot.
