looking for for long term usuage Event registration platform for event guests via QR code scanning, entering their phone number to confirm their attention. The phone number should reference to a pre-prepared excel with their name and a tagged number.
Moving forward from the successful registration, it also entitles them to a lucky draw system.
So i also want a lucky draw system whereby numbers will run and stopped by lets say a touch on the ipad (Example) . On the screen of the projector will have the lucky draw number + winner's name.
Will be good to also have an excel of all the winners of the night.
