I would like to know the contents of the assessment which you have in excel. I will create form using ninja. User will enter details in the form and submit the form. The calculation you have specified will be done. The results will be stored in. MySQL table. A PDF will be created using FPDF or TCPDF. Phpmailer can be used to send the mail to the user.
