Experienced SysAdmin - Hardware, Hosting and WP environtment

Before explaining, we want to be very clear that we're a Web Agency and we're looking for long term providers that are affordable and also very experienced with lots of years working on hosting environtments / very experts in Hosting environtments and very experts in hosting optimization Very honest people, if you do this fine we will give you more tasks of other projects, since we're an agency and have multiple clients / projects, most of them based in WP / WooCommerce.
This is a test for you ! we will do many things if you demostrate that u're very good !
Freelancer must fit this requirements:
- Have a good english, spanish or portuguese (we do talk 4 languages)
- Have lots of experience in Hardware / Hosting / WooCommerce
- Must have skype account, better if we can talk directly via voice / cam in special cases
- Available for long term deals and other future projects

== We just got a new dedicated server with this specifications:
2 x E5 2620v3 CPU (24 cores)
2 x Samsung SSD 840 Evo PRO 1 TB disks
1 x 3TB Sata Disk
Adaptec 6405E Hardware Raid Controller
128 GB REG ECC Ram Memory
1 GBit port
Virtualization --> Virtualizor (member of a 3 nodes cluster)

== Isues to check
1.- We detected weird issues with disk, we think it's a problem with the Adaptec Raid Controler. Provider told us that "all is fine", but we're experiencind a lot of problems. We want you to detect the issue and report it. Some things fail like restoring or cloning VPS in the same node (see link [url removed, login to view]) . Also, running "dd if=/dev/zero of=.junk; sync; rm -f .junk" command never ends. We need you to decect and prove this issue to report it to provider.
2.- We're feeling very nutz coz didn't find a decent way to work with SSL and HTTP/s with Nginx and WooCommerce. We pretent to replace Engintron with ApacheBooster or xtendweb ([url removed, login to view]). We already installed both solutions. Apachebooster has an issue and techs are fixing it (1st domain not working, waiting for more than 12h). xtendweb looks very promising, but after installing it all (without any apparently error), a WP install via Softaculous returns a 404, like no files in the user's main root directory; in this case, Softaculous still show the install in the list.
3.- See where are the xtendweb menus in WHM, we don't see anything !
