I have a script in digital ocean that makes horizontal scaling. For that it measures droplet resources and all are under a load balancer. The thing now is that when a droplet is created due to high traffic (the script I have), the load balancer don't need to redirect traffic yet because it is creating and also pulling code from my repo... so now users (due to Round Robin Load balancer) they see an error (403 error I don't remember) so that they can not access website, because droplet is creating and pulling code. Sometimes codes takes too much time to pull and code needs to check that also to ensure new droplet works well.
