Facebook Ads API Problem to get Ads information

Some time ago I hired a developer to develop a project integrating the Facebook API. I Have a problem and I need the expertice from someone that know the API and Facebook apps configurations. The code to use the facebook api works Fine! But recently I needed to change the Ads account pointing the development. This new Facebook ads account (10152259731586696) was created by some else on my team. He grants my access as administrator. So I get full control over this Ads account. The ads created in this account are linked to a Fan Page ([login to view URL]) Previusly, I already created a Facebook App. ([login to view URL]) That's the app that Im using to get de ads information by the FB API. But now, when a try to get the information I recieved an access error: "You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this action". Can some one help me? I can give access to the fan page, Ads account and the last php code. Thanks,
