Need someone familiar with facile forms to create a 2 stage forms submission to database and email.
Main features: A form to enter customer details > Name1,name2,Church,Parish,Country,Cross number, Certificate number etc.
There over 700000 serials that will be in the database and each serial will be mapped to a unique item(which will have a number as well) as entered on the day by the user, so every new item entered will pick up the next available serial from the database. All unique items are accounted for. We think up to 20 fields.
Every record assigned will need to be locked after that, and as a final task to print out the records in a PDF format for distrinution
