Hi, I worked on a SMS bulk app based on 6 Android devices, maybe I can help you. 1_Sometimes carriers fail or sometimes you don't have good signal or also the Android System is not ready to manage a new service that needs memory so you have to deal with that. 2_Android System usually kills apps when is low battery or low memory and prioritize , there are some brands that you can't manage it and the last Android version needs special management in background services and job scheduler. They don't work like the old versions. 3_you need to have a server to centralize the SMS queue jobs maybe it is a bug on the apk or maybe you are not properly tracking the SMS sent messages. 4_ Yes depends on Brands. 5_ maybe I can fix it , but depends of the device maybe you shouldn't do it or maybe better is to ask for user employee interaction for all process and the user send the SMS manually instead sending on background. I have installed the app , the app ask for photos/media storage permission gps that is weird... and when I input , username :pablo and password: pablo , it crashes. Why not using Emails instead? Whatsapp ? I can try to help but I can't warrant success on all points. I don't work on hourly based projects, I just work and when I have progress I delivery the progress and if you are satisfied then you pay.
