Finishing 2 websites customization

I have to finish the customization of 2 pretty simple websites.
I attached here links for the websites and a tasks file for example.

I am looking for a freelancer to finish the customizations (the tasks file is just an example, there will a few more tasks for each website).
In addition, I need to upload products but with conditions like products with variables, and for each variable there are few options to choose from. for part of the variables, I need the option to let the client choose multiple options.
Think about it like - when you want to order a salad (the product), and you want to choose the vegetables (variable with few options), so now you want to choose tomato (option 1) and cucumber (option 2) and lettuce (option 3) and so on, (need to limit the number of options).
I attached the excel file with the products and conditions (in the titles) and variables and options, take a look to understand (I pretty sure that there are plugins for that).
I added here a link to the exact menu on another website that sells the same products. (you can look at the conditions and options, that's the same menu of products I need).
