Fix error on website + reset login password

I am unable to log into my custom admin panel. The password reset function is not working and there is also a PHP error that needs to be fixed. I have attached a screen shot of what happens when I click the reset password link in my email. I want to hire someone ongoing for more work as well if this is done well.
