The problem: When the users create a ticket every thing is working fine except If the replied by their emails the replies not added to the ticket thread also we can't know that the replied.
Can you please help us in this problem?
I enabled IMAP mail fetch according to [login to view URL]
Then I added cron job.
In osticket admin i tried to enter wrong port and wrong pw intentionally to see will i get an error and yes i will get it. Then I made correct settings but its still not working.
Cron job is fine i think, i dont get any error when running it via ssh manually.
I can see customer email in mail box but not in osticket.
Osticket should create a new ticket or reply to existing when fetches emails.
