Hi! The favicon is probably a caching issue but if I am able to look at the site myself and possibly take a screenshot from what you are seeing, I would be able to give you a definitive answer. As for the missing users, I can do extensive testing and get into the code and try to work out what is happening. I can also add code that helps us to resolve the problems. My bid therefore is to discover what is happening with the mystery users and to resolve it, and also to discover what's causing the favicon issue and resolve it. With missing users, please understand that there is a possibility that we may need to add tracking code to find out what is happening and then wait for it to not work before being able to solve it. It might therefore take a bit longer whilst waiting for these errors to occur. I would not consider the job done until you are satisfied those errors are no longer occurring.
